Terms Of Service

GENERAL
* - Please provide clear reference images; if you character is very dark/light/neon I may alter the colours slightly (e.g. reduce saturation) to make them easier for me to work with
* - You may reupload your commission to any site as long as credit is given - if uploading to TH please credit my TH account [MayoDarling] if uploading elsewhere please credit one of my social media accounts
* - If you require a deadline, it must be agreed before payment is sent and may incur a surcharge
* - My usual turnaround time for commissions is up to 1 month (from the date of receiving full payment); I will inform you if there are likely to be any delays. If you would like to keep track of the progress of your commission please dm me on instagram / email

PAYMENT
* - Payments are made via Cashapp / PayPal invoice - invoices not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled, you will forfeit your slot and may be blacklisted (if there's a problem with payment, please contact me and we can work something out; this also applies to retracting bids on YCHs & adoptables)
* - Payment plans are usually accepted (timeframe must be agreed beforehan). I may complete the sketch after receiving the initial payment, but will not complete a commission until the full amount has been paid.

REFUNDS & CHANGES
* - No refunds given unless I am unable to complete your commission, in which case you will be contacted beforehand and shall be refunded in full
* -You will be shown a sketch or concept of your commission which you may request changes to; I am happy to make as many changes as necessary during the sketching stage but will not make further edits after this unless I have made a mistake regarding character design or something previously agreed
* - You may change the characters) featured in a commission if a sketch has not yet been approved

DESIGN TOS
* - No refunds will be given once a design has been fully paid; I will not make any changes to premade designs after payment has been sent (but I am happy to edit the reference sheet to include a name)
* - You may trade, sell, gift the design if no longer required - you may resell designs for any price, so long as the buyer is aware if they are paying more than the amount you spent
* - If uploading the design to Toyhouse, please credit my Toyhouse account [MayoDarling]
* - You may make changes to the design but it must remain recognisable; do not draw over my art without my permission
* - I retain the right to keep or resell rejected custom designs

WILL / WON'T DRAW
* - I will draw any species (feral or anthro); gore; multiple characters in one image; etc - I am willing to draw most things but please keep in mind I am more experienced in some subject matter than others
* - I will not draw NSFW. slight suggestion is fine but no fetishes, kinks, or anything to do with sexualizing a character. anything homophobic, racist, etc
Under no circumstances do I allow the use of my art in Al or the sale of it as NFTs.
